Human Rights Institute of Catalonia in partnership with the Open Society
Foundations are offering two online courses about international protection
of human rights and how to access those international mechanisms. The first one
will be held in October and it’s called “Introduction to international
protection of human rights”. Afterwards, in November, will be held the second one "The
European Court of Human Rights: functioning, procedure for applying to the
Court and its case-law”. Both courses have specialized teachers and will
be held at our online platform.
