Request for Proposals for a Study on Violence against Children in Bulgaria

UNICEF Country Office in Bulgaria is looking for an INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH ORGANIZATION TO CONDUCT A STUDY ON VIOLENCE AGAINST CHILDREN IN BULGARIA under RFP 2017-005 (LRPS-2016-9132919)

You are invited you to submit your proposal.

Please find the following files attached: 
1. Terms of Reference;  
2. Annex 1:  A non-exhaustive list of strategic documents, legislation and publications;   
3. Annex 2: Research/Study Report - Quality Review Checklis; 
4. Annex 3: UNICEF procedure for ethical standards in research, evaluation, data collection and analysis.

Candidates are requested to submit their proposals by 11 August 2017.

Offers received later than 18.00h on 11 August 2017 and not as per the requirements will not be reviewed.

The Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal Envelopes MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and each of them must be submitted sealed individually and clearly marked on the outside as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate.  Each envelope MUST clearly indicate the name of the Proposer.

Price proposals should be in EUR, VAT excluded. If your company is not VAT registered, please indicate explicitly.

Technical proposals should be send also by email to kdimitrov@unicef.org. No electronic submission of price proposals.
