UNICEF in Bulgaria hereby invites you to submit a Proposal for undertaking a comprehensive analysis (deep dive) of the current situation and dimensions of child poverty and social exclusion in Bulgaria, and the policies, programmes, services, budgets, and mechanisms to address it.

IMPORTANT – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The Proposals MUST be received at the address specified in RFP latest by 17:00 h (local time) on 26 February 2021.

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
