Main scope of the responsibilities and activities of the role:

• Ensures effective and efficient functioning of the Country Director’s duties and activities  
• Efficient and professional management of the Country Director’s schedule and correspondence  
• Organization and support of regular and ad-hoc meetings incl. notes, minutes and follow-ups  
• Support and facilitation of team meetings and workshops incl. bookings and arrangement   
• Organising business trips incl. booking of accommodation and travel arrangements  
• Prepare and coordinate regular internal reports incl. presentations and expense reports, etc.  
• Ensures provision of effective communications and administrative support to the Director’s office  
• Ensure an environment of professionalism and teamwork and setting high standards of conduct.
  

Your profile ideally illustrates:

• Proven experience in Administration/Office Management with NGO’s, public or corporate background  
• Relevant University Degree (Public or Business Administration, International Relations, Law, etc.)  
• Exceptional organisational, administrative, problem-solving and people skills with sound judgment  
• Excellent verbal and written English and Bulgarian with advanced communication skills  
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, etc.) and in web-based management systems  
• Responsible and loyal person with constructive working style and strong teamwork attitude  
• Self-driven and initiative-taking person demonstrating and safeguarding ethics and integrity  
• Able to manage and prioritize a high workload and multiple tasks, working in fast-paced environment
• Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS values and issues
