По проекта се поемат следните разходи:

-100 % от настаняване и храна;

-100% от транспортните разходи до лимита за транспорт от 180 евро.

Реалната стойност на транспортните разходи са много под лимита за транспорт! Ще се пътува с автобус.

Има административна такса участие, която е по 60 евро на участник.

We are looking forward to meeting you in the "Youth Works Seminar - Encouraging Social Inclusion" project. We have prepared an info pack for you to get an idea about the whole process of the project. In this pack, you will find necessary project information (logistics issues, reimbursements, dates, participant countries…). Summary of the project:

"Our Youth Works Seminar - Encouraging Social Inclusion" is a 6 days seminar on 2-8 December 2014 for youth workers from programme countries under new youth programme of European Commission named Erasmus +.
The main aim of the project is to increase youth workers' knowledge, skills and attitudes on inclusion issues. We take care about inclusion and inclusion related issues. We believe that it is very crucial to have for overall development of society. Our target group is youth workers/youth leaders who were involved some inclusion projects before and who are interested and motivated to work on inclusion issues and will be able to act as multipliers after the seminar. So, we would like to support those youth workers.
We have planned to use non formal education methods for our seminar. This project will be great opportunity to enhance exchange, partnership and co-operation. We expect every partner organisation to make a presentation of their best practices about inclusion projects they involved. We aim to have different kind of partners in this project from different experiences, and backgrounds. In this seminar, we will be 29 people, from 9 different counties.

Target Group:

Youth workers, youth leaders, social workers, educators and volunteers of NGO's who:
- are interested in social inclusion issues
- been in any project related with inclusion
- willing to make a presentation of his/her NGO's best practices
- are over the age of 18
- from partner organizations/countries
- can commit to stay for the whole duration of the training
- can work in English
- have open to intercultural dialogue
- are geographically, economically, socially and culturally disadvantaged (Priority)

Methodology & Methods:

The project learning flow is based on non-formal education. The content and the methodology of the training course is focused on inclusion, active involvement, sharing of thoughts and feelings, learning by doing, group work and intercultural dialogue. This project will be great opportunity to enhance exchange, partnership and co-operation.

The facilitator will proceed with an approach based on the international and intercultural dimension: the different realities and cultural backgrounds of participants will set an interesting arena for sharing, exchanging and discussing how these thematic is perceived and dealt in the different countries and societies.
Transportation:

Project will be in Istanbul. There are 2 airports in Istanbul. Since the project place is not sure where exactly, you can come to either airport.

  • Ataturk Airport.(IST) It is in European side of Istanbul
  • Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) It is in Asian side of Istanbul.

Please chose flights which are not very late on 2nd December, and not very early on 8th December.
If you will enter Turkey with your identity card (some countries can do), keep the paper that Turkish Board Police to you.

Early arrivals or late departures will be the own responsibility of the participants. According to Turkish NA the travel back must be realized by participants on direct way within maximum of 2 days. In case of longer stays or indirect travel (holiday travel, etc) there is no chance of reimbursement.

Taxis are NOT reimbursed.

Accommodation:
The accommodation place is not sure yet. But, participants will share their room with 2-3 people.

Participation to the project:

Each partner organization will send 3 participants (ideally balanced gender)

Budget of the project:

This project has approved by Turkish National Agency and financied by European Commission. Budget of the programme will be according to Erasmus+ KA1 rules. Participants of the project will be reimbursed their travel expenses according to below table and visa cost. Organizers will provide accommodation and food during the whole period of the project.

Notes:

  • If all documents provided (original ticket, boarding passes….) the reimbursement will be done at the end of the project. If not, after the course, by bank transfer.
  • Taxis will not be reimbursement.
  • Do not forget to exchange some money in the airport. At least for your tickets.

Please try to come early (afternoon is OK) on 2th December, and try not to book your airplane ticket leaving Istanbul before 12:00.

We need your all receipts, tickets and boarding passes (for both ways). So when you are coming, keep them. After the project you should send us (scanned by email and originals by post) all the tickets and boarding passes of the travel back home from Turkey.

Tasks for participants:
  • Please look for information about inclusion of youth of your country. Bring some news from old newspapers/magazine.
  • Presentations: We want to promote exchange experiences. Ideally each participants should make a presentation that reflects your experiences about inclusion of young people "included" during a project of an organization
  • Please bring information to present your NGO in the NGO fair. Do not forget to bring materials about your organisation (leaflets, posters, photos, videos, CD-ROMs, etc)
  • Please prepare to present your country on the inter-cultural evening, some foods, posters, games, music….. (There is no opportunity to use the kitchen for preparing
