We are searching for a positive thinking personality with great affinity to animal welfare as soon as possible:
Front Officer
Animal Welfare Support
(m/f/d)
Fulltime / Sofia
Main duties:
- Handle telephone calls, answer emails and meet visitors in connection with the projects of the foundation and keep record by topics
- Provide information to externals about measures against animal welfare offenses (eg suspected Animal cruelty and violations of Animal Welfare Act)
- Assist projects and campaigns (e.g., coordinating transport logistics, booking of air tickets/hotels, visas, etc.)
- Keep a record of the written correspondence from/to FOUR PAWS Bulgaria
- Administrative tasks connected to the maintaining of the office, inventory and insurances
- Support preparing financial tables, collect internal info for activity reports, copy of receipts
- Take part in organization of internal meetings, events, Team buildings.
Requirements:
- Excellent in written and vocal communication and conversation skills
- Organizing and motivation ability
- Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Dedication and passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS’ values and issues
- Fluent written and spoken Bulgarian
- English knowledge - level B
- Experience in an international environment is an advantage.
