Empowering Youth Workers to Create Impactful Media Projects with the VOICE Project

Are you a youth worker passionate about making a difference for young people with fewer opportunities, including those with disabilities? Do you want to gain new skills and methods to empower youth through media projects?

We invite you to apply for the VOICE Project training, taking place in Granada, Spain, from October 27th to November 1st, 2024. This immersive 4-day training will teach you how to guide young individuals in creating and sustaining impactful media projects, while enhancing their civic participation.

If you join:

• You will be one of 25 selected participants from partner countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain) who will learn and pilot our methodology designed to foster youth engagement through media production.
• You commit to piloting the program in your community, working with at least 5 youngsters - and receiving compensation for your efforts.
• You will gain expertise in media production, ethical journalism, audience engagement, and more, and will meet motivated and wonderful participants from around Europe.

The training will be conducted in English. The piloting after - in Bulgarian, in your community, will be self-paced in the time-period of November 2024 - February 2025. All expenses related to travel, accommodation, food, during the training are covered by the project, which is funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the EU.
