Dominican Cooking Class with Johanna

„I love food, especially the Bulgarian spice „chubritsa.” - says Johanna, feeling almost like a Bulgarian. She has been living in Sofia for nearly 10 years. She is a true artist - she is drawing icons, leading craft workshops and always cooking with a passion. We are very excited to cook again with her as she happens to be our very first cooking class host back in 2013! Let’s share these moments and make our Multi Kulti kitchen even more exotic this time!

Johanna will bring the Dominicana spirit, a surprise and her big smile! Bring yours too :)

The menu will include:
- Salad
- Tostones (deep fried plantain) or Tapioca depending on the availability of the market
- Pastelon de Arroz (rice pie filled with meat)
- Dulce de Coco (coconut dessert)
- And….something more :)

The ticket includes preparation of the 4-course menu and tasting it together, coffee, tea, water and wine from Vino Orenda Wine Shop.

Early bird ticket before 3 June - 50 leva
