Your ikigai: Guided workshop for your reason for being

Join us for an interactive workshop where you'll explore the Japanese concept of ikigai and learn how to create an action plan for a more fulfilling existence.

Ikigai is a philosophy that helps individuals find their purpose and meaning in life.

During the workshop, we'll guide you through a process of self-discovery to help you uncover your unique ikigai.

You'll explore your passions, skills, values, and experiences to find the intersection where they all meet.

By the end of the workshop, you'll figure out what motivates you and what brings you joy, whether it's business or a job.

The workshop series will be led by Anastasiia Dehtiarova, Co-Founder and General manager at Open Bulgaria. Ana has been publishing educational materials on personal development, leadership, and mental health for 2+ years and is the author of “Blissful: A guidebook for growing humans”.
