Iranian Cooking Class #2 (free of charge)

Please join the second edition of our upcoming cooking class where we will experience an authentic afternoon Iranian-style gathering. We will try Ash-reshteh with Ranginak. Ash-reshteh is a thick vegan stew and a staple to Persian gatherings. Ranginak is a rich Persian dessert full of walnut-stuffed dates.
We will also share poetry so make sure to bring your favourite (in whatever language you prefer).

The event will be held in English.
Mahsa Nouraei is an Iranian poet and language teacher. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in English language and literature from the University of Isfahan, Iran. Currently, she is a part-time assistant at Sofia University and a part of the Pharos teaching at Sofia High School of Mathematics, Cambridge exam preparations. She is also a big foodie and art lover!

Please note: This is the second edition of the Iranian cooking class we organized a few weeks ago. Same workshop leader, same menu, same content but we need new participants ???? No participants from the last time are eligible to allow more people to experience Iranian cuisine and culture. Thank you for your understanding!
