Cherry Rakia Cocktail Workshop (open-air)

In Bulgaria, we love rakia and we do get excited about SPECIAL rakia. How about the craft CHERRY rakia that a true New Yorker produces in Kyustendil? Not only that we will learn all about the project idea, the process and the product, but we will play with this special drink and make 3 different cocktails:
- Bulgarian 75
- Cherry Sidecar
- Rakia Old Fashioned
Our host will be Casey Angelova, a fantastic American who loves good food and drinks, a craft spirits producer, a truffle farmer, a chef with Michelin experience and a Multi Kulti co-founder (back in 2012). You can learn all about her family Angelove Estate here – https://angelove.eu/
