Great Britain After the WWII
26 февруари 2024 г.
English Language Café and Multi Kulti Collective are happy to invite you to a special British evening with a storytelling session, food tasting and English language exchange.
Our host Gabriel Hershman will give a brief overview of the main events in Great Britain's post-World War Two history, explaining their significance for the rest of the world. In addition, we will have the chance to try some typical British biscuits and black tea. After the lecture, we will spend 1 hour speaking in small groups as our English language exchange.
Gabriel is a biographer, journalist, and editor who has written extensively for the English-language media in the UK, Portugal, and Bulgaria. He has also written six books in the non-fiction genre, mainly biographies of British actors.
Join us to learn something new, practice your English and meet new lovely people from all across the world!
When: 28 February 2024 (Wednesday), 19:00 – 21:00
Where: Salted Café Sofia, 38 Bratya Miladinovi Str.
