Why are we so Sweetish?!
06 март 2024 г.
English Language Café and Multi Kulti Collective are happy to invite you to a very SWEET evening with a Swedish storytelling session, food tasting and English language exchange.
Our host Clabbe Bjurstrom was born and raised in Sweden. He was involved in a major car accident in 2005 which changed his life. He left Sweden in 2006 and have been living in different countries around the world ever since. He travels most of his time when he is not in Bulgaria to take care of his young daughter. Liquorice is among the first things he eats every time he gets back to Sweden.
Clabbe will speak about the SWEET Swedish culture and how it related to everyday life. We will have the chance to try some typical Swedish treats. After the lecture, we will spend 1 hour speaking in small groups as our English language exchange.
Join us to learn something new, practice your English and meet new lovely people from all across the world!
When: 13 March 2024 (Wednesday), 19:00 – 21:00
Where: Salted Café Sofia, 38 Bratya Miladinovi Str.
The event is offered free of charge; however, suggested 5 leva donations are welcome to support the work of the English Language Café.
