India Meets Bulgaria: Culture, Business and Beyond

Welcome to an English Language Cafe/Multi Kulti collaborative event, which would focus on the business, culture and beyond of India and Bulgaria.

Neeraj and Lyubena Bambani met 34 years ago through business dealings that eventually blossomed into a personal relationship. Since then, they have both worked in their family business, which imports and distributes food products from India, while also running the online store "Nature Foods." Additionally, Neeraj manages an international IT company and chairs an NGO dedicated to fostering business and cultural ties between India and Bulgaria. He serves on the board of the Mahatma Gandhi Forum and represents the Isha Foundation in Bulgaria. In their free time, the Bambani family actively participates in events organized by the Indian Embassy, the "Friends of India" club, and various Indian community activities. They are consultants in Indian cuisine and restaurant management. The Bambani family organizes events such as "Fragrance of India," the Holi and Diwali festivals, among many others. They support and fund projects that promote the deepening bilateral relations between India and Bulgaria.

The Bambani family will introduce you to India and Bulgaria through their eyes, with a special focus on business and cultural exchange between the two countries.

After the lecture, we will enjoy ELC’s Bartender’s signature alcohol free drinks, and spend approximately one hour speaking in small groups as part of our English language exchange.
